Receipt of Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of ordering is accurate and complete. It is your responsibility to confirm these details to ensure successful delivery of your purchase.

Bliss Aesthetics Supplies cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or issues arising from third-party courier services. Where a delivery attempt fails, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with the courier to arrange redelivery.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Returns Information

If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect, or not fit for purpose, please do not dispose of it. Products that have been discarded cannot be refunded or replaced.

You must contact our Customer Service team immediately for guidance, particularly if a product issue arises during treatment.

We only accept returns where products are confirmed as:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Not fit for purpose

Once products leave our supply chain, we cannot guarantee that they have been stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. For patient safety reasons, returned products cannot be resold.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Known or common side effects associated with injectable treatments
  • Dissatisfaction with results or lack of expected outcome
